Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after a reservation has been made will be subject to the following cancellation fees.
Course Reservations :
- The day before the reserved day : 50% of the course price / person
- On the day of the reservation : 100% of the course price / person
- Cancellation without notice : 100% of the course price / person
Seat-only (Lunch) Reservations :
- The day before the reserved day : 2,750 yen / person
- On the day of the reservation : 5,500 yen / person
- Cancellation without notice : 5,500 yen / person
Seat-only (Dinner) Reservations :
- The day before the reserved day : 6,600 yen / person
- On the day of the reservation : 13,200 yen / person
- Cancellation without notice : 13,200 yen / person
When reserving a private room, the following additional charges will apply :
- The day before the reserved day : 2,750 yen (Kiku, Take, Ume, Ran no Ma) / 5,500 yen (Ume & Ran no Ma) / 11,000 yen (Matsu no ma)
- On the day of the reservation : 5,500 yen (Kiku, Take, Ume, Ran no Ma) / 11,000 yen (Ume & Ran no Ma) / 22,000 yen (Matsu no ma)
- Cancellation without notice : 5,500 yen (Kiku, Take, Ume, Ran no Ma) / 11,000 yen (Ume & Ran no Ma) / 22,000 yen (Matsu no ma)
